Studio Hours:
Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm Central Standard Time. We are closed all holidays so that our employees can spend time with their families and loved ones.

Ordering:
If you have questions about any item on our website or would like to make an order, please send an e-mail here. Include your name, telephone number and e-mail along with information about your order. You can e-mail our studio Monday – Friday. We will contact you with in 48 hours.

Custom Orders:
Many pieces can be made to your specifications, length, clasp, or your choice of silver or gold.

Retailers:

Method of Payment:
Visa, Mastercard or COD when shipped UPS. Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders also accepted.

Shipping:
Best available method. All orders will be insured when shipped. Expedite shipping available,
ask for quote.

Delivery:
Completion of order in 3 to 6 weeks. Rush orders will be accommodated if at all possible. Please let us know if you have an immediate need.

Miscellaneous:
- All jewelry is shipped in its own jewelry bag.
- We guarantee your order has been inspected for quality assurance before it leaves our studio. As with any type of jewelry, all pieces should be handled with care when worn or stored to maintain its quality. With proper care, all pieces will be beautiful for years to come.
